why would mr talbot be sacked if he was not responsible for the issue of any shares???
from what it reads the incompetent company secretary is still 1 of the 3 company secretary's.
would love to know the total cost (and time) of the whole ordeal. I guess it's only shareholder money at the end of the day, what does it matter.
maybe directors are trying to buy more at 15c? would be nice of them to buy some on market and not just exercise their in the money options.
