Sure. I don't think we'll see either, but given there's very obvious reason to see a big drop and nothing to see a dramatic rally... you join the dots.
I'll say this, in two years I think over 40c is more likely than under 10c. But next week, gee, 40c? C'mon, that's far more bold a prediction than 10c would be (not that it's my prediction).
