    So the company secretary who resigned, Mr Bruce Talbot did not authorise the issue of any shares? Why did he resign?

    Lucky there is 3 of them on the payroll now.

    3 potential red flags here: the hiring spree, cancellation of the quarterly, and lack of any material revenue contracts; this is getting murkier by the day.
