I wonder how many little fish will participate - I know I wont without some surety over them not having to go back the market in the next year for another CR and I read no hint of that in the prospectus so not sure if that "base is being covered" .
The high cash burn got them in this predicament , they talk about cutting costs in the prospectus but no specifics , its all quite depressing to see the lack of market penetration in the USA given the amount they have spent .
With out an independent evaluator coming into OVN to strategize a new direction , I envisage more of the same low acceleration is sales from a low base which would bode badly for the company's financial sustainability .
This placement and prospectus is like putting wheel black on a tire with a puncture , problem not solved but the wheel look good before it falls off .
