IGS, that great TS company where the directors did not realise there was a Court case in London until too late and found that their assets of a gold deposit in Peru had been given to another company by the Court. Isn't that why directors have insurance?
Interestingly the original deal was done when a prominent person was in charge of the deal which came back to bite IGS.
