just checking my calcs here - GCY is trading at 40/41c. ratio for FFR is .34 GCY shares. So, 13.77c assuming it completes the merger. Firetail spin out it worth 2.5c also. So FFR should be trading closer to 15/16c?

key to note that GCY is back at their trading price when the merger was first announced.

Will be interesting to see the outcome of the takeover panel. if they throw out the WGX delaying tactic, it seems the merger will proceed.
