The comment in the announcement that the timing of the issue was due to the holiday season looming ( using management's words) leaves me stunned. Beyond stunned in fact. With the EXIM announcement, serious longer-term investors would have reached deep into their pockets to participate 24/7/365 in next to no time. Deals are even done on Xmas day for goodness sake with some companies. We still had 16 days to Xmas to initiate and complete the CR ( at a better price) , instead of a low-ball CR done with in my view "unseemly haste" . I don't buy the reason given
