Thinking about it - Is it surprising that a hacker was able to download the whole database? Shouldn't the data have been set up to be de-identified data for anything other than individual record access?
Somebody who works in this field will probably know better than I do.
I do suspect there is going to be a big class action based on that if it isn't clear. Not implying whether it will be successful or not.
