Costs will most certainly come down.

Our MC only $3m which is ridiculously low given the revenue coming in.

It doesn’t take much money to move this with a tight register. It can go up and down fast depending if it’s being bought or sold.

Todays selling more than likely was just trapped retail although would be nice if someone has a list of who bought or sold.

Tomorrow I take another parcel and average this down.
