Not as positive as you think.
Offering incentives keeps mines afloat at a lower copper price. For CYM to get into production it needs other mines to fail and create a further deficit in the copper supply and then the price of copper heads up & it can finally obtain funding.
As for funding, CYM isn't getting any before releasing another ridiculous BFS with ridiculous copper price targets.
Keep to your narrative though.
