Hey look, I may be back. I think GW is doing a really great job with what he has. I just think that the current MC is at a premium to where TVN are in the life cycle of the company.
This makes it difficult to get any instos interested in an equity raise at a premium and debt funding is problematic as there is nothing to lend against.
Realistically, I think the MC needs to be at least half for someone to take a serious interest, at which point, the dilution will be reflective, but at this point, I may be interested again.
Please don't anyone jump down my throat, it cost me a lot to have this opinion. For all of you, I hope I'm wrong.
