"Surely" isn't a word that should be used in the same sentence as "Dubber".
What if:
a) more customers refuse to pay, reducing Dubber's already precarious cashflow?
b) customers leave, or just stop selling more services, due to catastrophic impact on confidence from recent (or long term) events?
c) audited accounts reveal more problems with the financials?
Blind Freddy can see there is nothing "sure" about Dubber.
