yes the Mexican ban on Open Pit is making alot of youtube commentators (high quality ones with great reputations) even say that large companies like First Majestic have jurisdictional risk in Mexico
That would seem like a significant ommission for S3 Consortium not to mention that in their research write ups
following the thread / company to see how effective the S3 Consortium campaign is with MTH
