Again I will ask you to withdraw your comments as you are making the falacious argument that I was talking about the capital raising in general. I only ever mentioned the underwriting. For your benefit mate, I will repost 4938's comments of 4/4/09:

"I have continually written that it is wonderful that the two top oel shareholders will put in an extra $9 million each if funding is short but poeple continually ignore this and spread false and misleading comments."

This was not correct based on OEL's statement on the ASX of 3 April!

"The Major Shareholders have confirmed their
intention to take up their full entitlements under the Revised Entitlement Issue and to subunderwrite
a portion of any shortfall up to a maximum investment of A$4.3 million each."

PLEASE READ THE ORIGINAL POST, ADDRESS THE ACTUAL ISSUE AT HAND AND READ THE ANNOUNCEMENTS FIRST SEEKER!

There are too many fasle statements (aka above by 4938) being made by OEL shareholders on this forum - try and stick to the facts. Someone may unwittingly invest based on the facts that 4938 presented that were false.
