While we are all wondering when they will release some information on the sales progress, the Board and particularly Peros have very good reason to avoid any good news for a little longer.
There is still an obligation to pay $120K in shares to Peros, based on a 30 day VWAP.
I see that as guaranteeing no increase in the Shares until those are issued, as the board continue to take care of themselves.
While we are all wondering when they will release some...
