If capacity = $64m sales then this company is trading at just over one years revenue which may explain the strong buying support here. Of course they need to sell their capacity but I understand they have take off agreements in place which makes this super attractive. I assume one or two times revenue on an ESG type business like this is very conservative but who knows in today’s market.
In my last post, i thought the share price offered more up side than down side risk and it doesn’t look like that situation has changed based on the capacity and off take numbers for this one. I like the fully sustainable nature of their product which must have a strong emerging market driving future demand.
