Geopolitics and EV revolution are the biggest factors that have made this resource attractive and improved the commercial viability. Good Management will use these favourable environments to increase shareholder vale - the project probably did not take off during last 10 years due to the lack of these favourable business/macro environments.

If you really think about Li stocks, I think it is the EV demand that is driving the valuations up - it is not the management of these companies that drive that change but they have been able to create value. Having the right resource in the right location at the right time is what matters most.
