If non-renounceable there is a high chance they are held in an Issuer Holding Account. In AEV's case I think it will have been Computershare issued and then transferred to Automic when they changed share register.
Contact Automic and ask to talk to the Avenira Account Rep, he/she will need your SRN or HIN if you cant find it and they will give you the details you need and also guide you as to how to convert them to fully paid ords.
