A very fair question to be asked and I can understand why you would think that.

My concern, having dealt with directors in the past who have wonderful resources, is that those resources may never see the light of day due to management.

To give an example, although I don't like referencing other companies. I was heavily invested in a company called blu energy back in the early 2000's. At the time it had the ticker BUL not BLU as it is today.

A great resource, but it became evident very quickly management had the noses in the trough and came up with all the excuses in the world as to why the gas is still in the ground. This is just one example.

I will always be critical and call out management for not meeting their own guidelines and timeframes.
