Not saying anything was "untoward". What I am saying is they have given the court information that we on HC, or shareholders, are not privy to, or would be disclosed by the company directly.
So a can of worms may have been opened. Did the directors act in a manner that may be seen as dishonest by applying for shares but selling them straight away? Was the offer oversubscribed due to "demand" or not? Were these shares sold at a profit?
The question remains, who sold the shares??
