Can blame Gina for this short term destruction of shareholder value. Same thing happened when Chris Ellison ( from MinRes ) got blocking stakes in my Li stocks. Feel for holders but no way to stop it if the big boys/girls want to shaft small holders. Long term probably doesn’t make much difference but if I was a holder I would have rather taken the $3 from the takeover and move on rather than have Gina essentially block it. GLTAHs
