This was a good learning experience. What we were hoping for was a bidding war, but a multi billionaire coming in with a blocking stake should have been the signal to sell for me.

The risk going forward here, is that Gina throws in a low ball takeover offer. Of course we dont have to accept, however just look at what she recently did with WGO.

There weren't enough acceptances to get her to the 90% compulsory acquisition threshold. So, she got around the 20% rule by getting her billionaire mate from MIN to buy up another 20% on market, and then accepted her offer. The 90% threshold was reached, and the takover went through. ASIC didnt concern themselves with what happened.

Just hoping that history doesnt repeat in this case, and that Gina wants to take LTR to production without taking over the company.
