Looking at the open, the answer is 2124 people and counting….They wanted to unload because they knew the price would plummet to $1.80, or lower, being the price the institutions negotiated to put their capital in. Which is what the professional investors value LTR at today. And the buyers are the people who sold out at $3 recently and now see a cheap re-entry point. Tough break for small investors but lesson is to sell at least half before the takeover, because it’s not certain!
