Borrow 20 mil ....needs a rights issue to raise $5 mil to put in bank and then bucket Options and cheap shares out to instos and sophisticated I's to get the 5 mil . This is a funding expensive joke . I'm surprised the price hangs about 5c atm but Panpac will run that for a few days taking a few onboard to stop the rush for the door that's coming.
The comment previously about the Tungeston price on the site I think is correct
