An ATM relies on liquidity to raise capital. At this price, and with these volumes, the ATM is useless, so perhaps educate yourself before mouthing offf - PAM had traded approx $150k since relisting - that’s the maximum it could have raised from its ATM to date, and that’s not even considering the additional downward pressure on PAMs share price the ATM would add.

PAM will struggle to convince the ASX that they have sufficient funds to last 2 quarters without the ATM, therefore my comments are valid, and it’s likely that PAM will need to tap the market yet again.
