    Now let me guess your response ... you'll say you said
    "PAM is relying on the ATM to satisfy the ASX’s 2 quarters of cash requirement"
    which it is

    but then you go on to say
    "there is a decent chance the ASX will require the company to compete another raise or face another suspension."

    I see the ASX does not agree with your (along with many others) "scare mongering"
