My name is Ben Pauley and for the last eight years I have been trying to fight for Australian resource companies. The ASX and ASIC does nothing to stop them being taken over cheaply by foreign companies after years of share price suppression. Quite often sophisticated algorithmic programs are used to drop the price over years, even decades.

My petition with over 8000 signatures is the most signed ASX petition in AustraliaStop-dishonest-practices-on-the-australian-stock-exchange-and-demand-a-royal-commissionRight now I am focusing my attention on Maronan Metals a company with a silver deposit located in the Cloncurry. This is currently Australia's second largest silver deposit. I want to make money, other shareholders want to make money and we want to be paid out in real silver dividends. We don't want to be taken over, merged or anything else.

This week I instructed my lawyer to ask some questions to the Maronan board of directors.
