    I don't see a reinstatement as anything to celebrate. It would never have got to that point if the Board had of executed the simple fundamentals from the start i.e. strategic planning / risk management. Just kicking the can down the road, we'll be back here again, if these guys are at the helm. Did I hear someone say incompetent?
