is it just me, or does this takeover offer (which isn't going to be for a long term as precedents set is a long time away), sounds a little dodgy like previous PEK. Whatever you think the value of this is, why would someone offer 200% above current share price as their first offer. Never seen this, and remember its not an Aussie company offering the takeover....hmmmm lets see.
