Yep we'll see what the market thinks, I think the mgmnt team needs to be finalised ie not temporary and they need to show who they are talking to ie who's interesting in getting on board re development. I think AVZ is overpriced.
Either way any increase in BGS is good after waiting this long to be back in the action...at least it's going up not down !!!
