The point I was making was that for such important document/s, they could have, but obviously chose not to, flown there and taken personal possession of them and flown back.
I've actually had to do this myself for document signing that required my actual presence, and I didn't have $60m and 3b shares on the line. I took my obligation seriously and met my deadline. I would expect nothing less of our directors.
I am actually bewildered that you have the gaul to defend this rediculous delay.
