As a previous holder, am more than happy that I sold out some time ago, but far later than I would have liked. I sold because there was not really any discount to the NTA, and the separately listed holdings were also declining in value. Any moving average on a chart will tell the story… going down

I am no longer a holder having been in since the takeover of Contango Microcap, which was a successful stock picker. I see the latest announcement as a cynical effort by Directors trying to instil confidence in what was previously a good fund (Contango that is) that is declining rapidly and in line with its holdings. Have a look at the long term performance over 5 years plus, and you would have been better off with bank interest !
Not even Geoff Wilson of WAM would b interested in “assimilating” NSC I am guessing !
