At some point the merger deal pdl and ppt must be past the point of no return. Once that is reached, then any offer from Regal will probably go away.
in some ways the offer from Regal has been good because it lifted the share price of ppt making any other nuisance T/O unlikely, and helped any nervous shareholders appreciate what they have.
