This board needs to be investigated. Here we are mid capital raising, the share price falling below the cap raise level so the sensible will buy on market if they dont want to be diluted. So the board and management line their coffers by rejecting the bid clearly aimed to drive the share price up.
I cant believe i gave this lot my hard earned to waste on themselves!
