This SP is not going anywhere, at least up, unless they receive and accept the next T/O offer. I have never ever seen such a dog of a stock. The whole world markets are going up crazy but this crap is in the universe of its own of doom and gloom. The board should be in prison for destroying Shareholder capital mercilessly.
