Well I wouldn't trust management because what's inadequate in their minds may well be considered totally adequate to everyone else. They've knocked back far superior offers in the past IMO to keep their jobs but now that's looking increasing unlikely as I suspect the remuneration will be voted down again triggering a spill vote.
I doubt they have any outstanding news to deliver to the market, at least not anything people will believe so I wouldn't be surprised if they become s lot more receptive to T/O offers if anyone still wants this in the current economic climate.
The time to sell this has long since passed & all LTH had suffered as a result
