the oil price is not really supporting any large investments in this area in the short term, and given all the uncertainty created by donny, hard to see anyone contemplating long term plans
having said that, it does not appear that O&G are going away anytime soon, so it's just a case of who is willing to ignore the noise and make the call to invest now with the expectation that growth will pick up at some point
