I believe they mentioned multiple interests. When u want take overs, you want a few. TGR for instance got pushed 3 times by Cooke, before it went.
If ppt has options it could easily head to $40.
I was dumbfounded when the $33 bid came through yet the market thought meh I’ll just sit on $30.
My target price is $37.
This IMO is all over for PPT shareholders unfortunately. I wanted to sit on this an absorb dividends for 10 years whilst we coasted to $60.
Now I’ll need to find something new. CPU or CGF fits the bill
