re: Ann: HDF: Rejection of the takeover offer... I agree todays move was significant. I dont make sense of it though, HDF management reject the offer, HDF's sp moves up to $2 then slightly down...... APA's price moves 3% UP on speculation that they, APA, will offer a higher bid??????
Does it look like there will be more of a chance of HDF management willing to play ball. i.e. help move HDF's debt to APA, whilst keeping the lenders happy ????? makes no sence to me, anyone have a good explanation??????
