I was a long time investor in UCM from just after the IPO until about 4 years ago and Ihave kept my eye on it since.
This company suffers from the CEO can't let go and give control to somone experienced in running a company.
Regardless of how smart the guy is its, the narrative over the past 15 years has been a constant stream of failed partnerships, promises that sales will come and a million excuses on why they haven't.
The last Cap raise was under subscribed and he had to pay from his hip pocket to meet the short fall. Now they cant even get short term funding to see them survive for the rest of the FY.
i feel for the people still invested as much as i felt for getting a 4c return on my $2 per share. All i can say is you are a hopeful bunch.
