not sure IRESS is a great comparable. but does show inherent value in the business I guess
this year was about stability which new management have done. now they need to extend this whilst trying to grow the top line over the coming years, I do worry though they will have to invest more and reverse some of the hard work done to expand the top line.
either way, with peer multiples I can see this at 1.30-1.35
