yes, from memory, the 5,000,000 shares were consideration for NLM’s Upper Eastman Assets , some of which surround Benz mining’s highly prospect Ruby Hill ground . Has been awfully quiet on that front, I’ll guess we’ll know more in December as further payments are due? , if MRZ decide as per the agreement , seek to gain greater ownership of the project .
