Well lets be honest here its all great they have committed to hold the shares , but increasing the supply of these shares by around 30% of all issued capital, is by no way a good thing for share holders (increased dilution, means your share is worth less of a percentage of the company, whopping 30% less. Why were these shares issued and at what price?
