    I realise that I should know the answer to this..but I assume the majority of these shares are owned by Joanna and other founders of the company ? Surely they would not sell and cause a massive drop in SP ? Also could the recent run down in SP be related to many investors thinking that these escrowed shares will be sold upon release and so are getting out now ?
