Well if any directors or early investors wanted to take some profit, they need the news flow to get buyers to want the stocks, otherwise, you can't sell that amount without significantly damaging the SP.

Usually they don't do that, but it helps to plan a strong news flow as it provides an option to get out, in full or partially.

I'm sure they won't do that, and are happy to hold to realise some real value e.g. 10X 20X
