I doubt Nick would sell any time soon, but the problem is that there will be a bunch of people that will think nearly a million (I know it's just 390m) shares are being released and will get spooked.
It's just bad timing for this to happen as people will be exiting and the pros will also push the SP down to feed on the fear of the week. That means more downward pressure for the SP.
What a shame...
