The important thing is that they were es-crowed shares that are already on the register and not diluting new shares being issued . Although M.E.F and the tranche E are still there looming with the $800000 waiting for a cheap issue if they need more funding until they have enough subs start paying the expenses.
I doubt he would be selling off a lot of shares just yet and if he does I'd be smelling a rat.
