Just a note for the unaware that the 8,000,000 shares in question here are the shares issued for the acquiring the iBC technology. This was also mentioned in the most recent half yearly report.
I emailed Bahay who has confirmed the above is true and that the shares are still held by the vendor.
From the past announcement regarding the acquisition of iBC (on the 15th of May 2020), it's also mentioned that the inventor of the technology was engaged to assist with commercialisation of the technology.
Just speculating on connecting the dots, I can't imagine the shares will be sold by the vendor any time soon as this is their skin in the game in helping develop the tech and is within their interest to succeed in commercialisation and have the share price go up.
