Tbh, I looked at it and went "wasn't that the plan anyway?"
Obvs timelines all delayed, but base plan seems same to me, just needs costings & revenue tuneup?
i see it as good for shareholders - minimises dilution and reduces exposure to potential higher interest rates, if inflation kicks off again..?
plus - dy-tb aren't really forecast to kickup until 2026 so... They'd be riding into a rising revenue wave afaic?
