Ter already own 60%, they would need to agree to it, that’s not going to happen.
By their own argument released last night, they are not even certain that Unv will pay a dividend this year, so how the hell are they going to pay one one on their enlarged shareholder base.
In the short term they might have a bit of heartburn,
They are effectively going to be funding all their legal costs and 60% of Unv costs, that will be quite a few million dollars so far.
